Vote YES
for a brighter future.

Why do I need to vote?

By choosing to set up the Future Wood Green Business Improvement District, businesses have an opportunity to take control over some of these issues. You will also be ensuring that businesses have a crucial voice to represent them as plans for future development in Wood Green continue.

Over 50 other London centres have already set up a BID to help them thrive, including nearby locations such as Stratford, Hampstead, Leytonstone and Camden. Wood Green has an opportunity to take a similar step and put itself back at the heart of north London.

The Future Wood Green BID can only be setup and deliver its objectives if businesses vote YES in the upcoming ballot. If you are the ratepayer for a non-domestic rateable premises within the BID area and your rateable value is greater than £12,000 then you will have the opportunity to vote.

The ballot is a postal ballot so you will receive notification of the ballot, as well as your voting papers, by post. Instructions on how to vote will be included in the postal communications and your voting paper will need to have been received at the address stated by 5pm on Thursday 1st March 2018.
